Rental Accounting Extract is private software. Its only permitted users are the owners of the QuickBooks Online companies it reads, and people they authorize to operate it on their behalf. It is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to anyone else, and there is no general public to whom this agreement is offered.
Permitted users may run the software to retrieve accounting data from QuickBooks Online companies they own, and to analyze that data for their own purposes. Any other use requires the owners' written permission.
All data retrieved by the software belongs to the QuickBooks companies it was retrieved from. The software transmits it to no one. Handling of that data is described in the privacy policy.
This software is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Intuit Inc. Use of QuickBooks Online and of Intuit's APIs is governed by Intuit's own terms, which this agreement does not modify and cannot override.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It reads accounting data and may contain errors. Its output is not accounting, tax, or investment advice, and nothing it produces substitutes for the books of record or for professional judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
Permission to use the software ends whenever the owners withdraw it. Authorization to reach a QuickBooks company can be revoked at any time; see disconnecting.
