Rental Accounting Extract
There are two ways to disconnect this application from a QuickBooks Online company.
In QuickBooks Online, go to Settings → Apps and find Rental Accounting Extract, which is the name it was authorized under. Disconnect it there. The authorization is revoked immediately and the application can no longer read anything from that company.
The operator can run the disconnect command, which revokes the authorization with Intuit and deletes the stored token from the computer.

Reports retrieved before disconnecting are files on the owners' own computer, belonging to the owners of the companies the data came from. They are deleted at the owners' discretion. Nothing was ever sent anywhere else, so there is nothing to recall.
