The application listens on localhost:8000 only while its connect command is
running. If nothing is listening, this hand-off fails and the browser shows a
"site can't be reached" error instead.
If the connect command is still running in the terminal, go back and reload this page. The authorization is valid for a few minutes, so the hand-off will simply happen again.
If the connect command has stopped, start it again and follow the new link it prints. Do not reload this page: each connect run generates its own one-time security value, and reloading would hand the new run the old one, which it will correctly refuse as a possible forgery.
