The application listens on localhost:8000 only while its connect command is
running. If nothing is listening, this hand-off fails and the browser shows a
"site can't be reached" error instead.
To recover: start the connect command, then go back and reload this page. The authorization is still valid for a few minutes, so the hand-off will simply happen again. If too much time has passed, run the connect command again from the start.
